Shipping and Handling

Shipping:

• Please allow 7-14 days for all units to be completed . 
• All ready to ship units will be shipped in 1- 2 business days . 
• Please thoroughly read the description for ALL units and products before purchasing.
• A flat shipping rate will be applied to all orders.
• A confirmation email will be sent to confirm all orders placed, 
• A signature is required for ALL orders, packages will be shipped via USPS. 
• Once items are shipped a tracking number will be provided. Once your order is shipped we are no longer held accountable and you will need to contact your local post office for further assistance. Make sure all information is correct before placing your order. 

 

Returns:

•No returns | Exchanges on ALL wig units.

•Please pick the correct cap size at the time of checkout, as we are not responsible for improper measurements causing your wig to fit incorrectly.
