Q: How fast is turn around time on wig units ? 

A: 7-21 Business Days. (excludes weekends and holidays)

 

Q: Will my wig fit properly? 

A: Yes, please add your correct cap size when checking out. (S,M,L)

 

Q: How fast is shipping?

A: Typically 3 business days after your shipment has processed, overnight shipping may be available for ready to ship wigs.

  

Q: Can i pickup my wig unit ? 

A: Yes, location will be sent once your unit has been completed. 

 

Q: How do i know what size wig to order?

A: Please reach out to customer service to be provided with a size chart.

 

Q: What is the difference between a custom unit and a premade unit ? 

A: A custom unit will be made to fit your exact head size using your custom measurements. All custom units are made personally be me using a sewing machine . Premade units are factory made units that can fit head sizes ranging from 21”-23”, these units are made on an adjustable cap and come with clips.
